Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed new Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter D, Division 5, Actions in Preparation for Extension of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program. The proposed new rules were published in the March 25, 2016, issue of the Texas Register. See 41 TexReg 2268.
