Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed new Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 382, Women's Health Services. The proposed new rules were published in the March 25, 2016, issue of the Texas Register. See Subchapter A - Healthy Texas Women at 41 TexReg 2270 and Subchapter B - Family Planning Program at 41 TexReg 2277.
