Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed new Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter D, Division 6, Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program Transition Year; and amended Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter D, Division 3, Regional Healthcare Partnership Plan Contents and Approval, §354.1624, concerning Independent Assessment of DSRIP Projects. The proposed new and amended rules were published in the July 29, 2016, issue of the Texas Register. See 41 TexReg 5487.
