Proposed New Rules Related to Women's Health Services - Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed new Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 382, Women's Health Services. The proposed new rules were published in the March 25, 2016, issue of the Texas Register.
