January 30, 2017 - 10:00am
Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will hold information sessions at locations around the state in January and February of 2017. This information session is about the transition of Medicaid services for women in the Medicaid for Breast and Cervical Cancer (MBCC) program to STAR+PLUS Managed Care Program beginning Sept. 1, 2017.
HHSC invites MBCC clients and providers who care for these clients to join us for an information session to learn about how this change will impact them. Information sessions will provide details on STAR+PLUS, as well as provide the opportunity for attendees to ask questions about managed care.
Contact: Questions regarding content or meeting arrangements should be directed to John Seagraves, Communications Specialist, HHSC, john.seagraves@hhsc.state.tx.us.
This meeting is open to the public. No reservations are required, and there is no cost to attend this meeting.
People with disabilities who wish to attend the meeting and require auxiliary aids or services should contact Charles Bredwell, Program Specialist, at 512-462-6337 at least 72 hours before the meeting so appropriate arrangements can be made.
