When taking public comment on the Healthy Texas Women Section 1115 Demonstration Waiver application, neither Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) staff nor the committee members will answer questions beyond those requesting basic clarification. Instead, HHSC will record public comment about the application draft and post a summary of issues and responses on the HHSC website.

HHSC will be taking comments on the draft application from May 12, 2017, through June 12, 2017.
