   2. Regarding the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Rule Amendments
      Information on rule amendments proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, TAC, Part 15, Chapter 354,  §354.1602, §354. 1602,§354. 1633, and §354.1634 concerning the Texas Transformation and Quality Improvement Program and new §354.1637 concerning the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program. HHSC also proposes to repeal existing §354.1635 concerning Regional Health Partnership Plan Modification.

      Consideration on a new rule to be proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, TAC, Part 15, Chapter 354, 354.1001, §355.1062.
   2. Related to Reimbursement Methodology for Physician Assistants and Other Practitioners
      Consideration on a new rule to be proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, TAC Part 15, amends §355.8093, Physicians Assistants, §355.8161. Reimbursement Methodology for Midwife Services, and §355.8281, Reimbursement Methodology, under Title 1, Part 15, Subchapter J.
   3. Regarding Medical Record Fees
      Consideration on a new rule to be proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, TAC, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter A, Division 1.
   4. Related to Payments to Qualified Nursing Facilities under Managed Care
      Information on consideration of a new rule in the Texas Register in Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 353, §353.608 concerning Payments to Qualified Nursing Facilities, to maintain a certain level of funding for non-state government-owned nursing facilities through the creation of a new funding program.
