Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 531, and in accordance with Title 1,Texas Administrative Code, Part 15, Subchapter F, §354.1928, the Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee may meet in Executive Session on one or more items listed under New Business. - Announcements of Drugs Recommended for the Medicaid PDL.
