      Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) proposes to amend Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 363, Subchapter F, § 363.603, relating to Provider Participation Requirements in the Personal Care Services program.
   2. Regarding Education and Training Assistance:
      HHSC proposes new Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 396, concerning Employee Training and Education. Within the proposed new chapter, HHSC proposes §§ 396.1, concerning Purpose and Applicability; and 396.2, concerning Education and Training Assistance.
5. Action Items Related to Rules*
   1. Regarding Community First Choice:
      HHSC proposes amendments to Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter A, Division 27, §§ 354.1361, concerning Definitions; 354.1363, concerning Assessment; 354.1364, concerning Services and Limitations; 354.1365, concerning Provider Qualifications; and 354.1366, concerning Consumer Directed Services and Service Responsibility Option.
   2. Regarding Telemedicine in School-Based Settings:
      HHSC proposes to amend Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 354, Subchapter A, Division 33, § 354.1432, Telemedicine and Telehealth Benefits and Limitations.
   3. Regarding Medicaid and Other Health and Human Services Fraud and Abuse Program Integrity: HHSC proposes to amend Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 371, Medicaid and Other Health and Human Services Fraud and Abuse Program Integrity.
