    The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) proposes an amendment to Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 355 Subchapter J, Division 11, §355.8201, concerning Waiver Payments to Hospitals for Uncompensated Care.
