The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing on January 20, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. CST, to review proposed measures and performance requirements for two directed payment programs for SFY 2022: The Comprehensive Hospital Increased Reimbursement Program (CHIRP) and the Texas Incentives for Physicians and Professional Services (TIPPS).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this hearing will be conducted online only. There is not a physical location for this hearing.

Briefing Package. A briefing package describing the proposed SFY2022 metrics will be available for download at the DSRIP Transition webpage or may be requested by sending an email to Texas Healthcare Transformation. The briefing package will also be available at the public hearing via the download section of the GoToWebinar.
Written Comments
Written comments regarding the proposed measures and performance requirements may be submitted instead of, or in addition to, testimony at the public hearing until 5:00 pm on February 2, 2021 through Microsoft Forms.
Comments regarding CHIRP measures and performance requirements may be submitted on the CHIRP Proposed Measures Survey.
Comments regarding TIPPS measures and performance requirements may be submitted on the TIPPS Proposed Measures and Performance Requirements Feedback Survey.
